It opens with cool tones, above all blackberry and ripe forest fruits. The nose carries cinnamon, coffee and a hint of clove, which concentrate in a juicy sip. The elegance of sweet cask spice and the vintage's lively fruit structure are finely balanced. Ripe flavours and fine tannins give a picture of its present state, while its richness suggests even more about its long future.
