Returns

Under Slovak Act No. 102/2014, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. This right also applies to wine purchased in this shop.

1. Send a notice of withdrawal to info@gerevino.sk (you may use the form below).
2. Pack the goods, ideally in the original packaging.
3. Include a copy of the proof of purchase.
4. Send the goods within 14 days of withdrawal.
5. The cost of return is borne by the buyer.

The purchase price is refunded within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, no later than after receiving the returned goods. Refunds are made by bank transfer to the account you provide (please state it in your withdrawal notice), unless another method is agreed. For cash on delivery a refund by "the same payment method" is not technically possible.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods or to goods made to the consumer's specification. The statutory exception for goods whose price depends on financial market fluctuations beyond the seller's control also exists — the wines sold in this shop are not covered by it; their prices are fixed and do not depend on financial markets.

Using this form is optional — you may also notify us of your withdrawal in your own words.
