A consumer has the right to ask the seller for redress if they are not satisfied with the handling of a complaint or believe their rights have been infringed. If the seller rejects the request or fails to reply within 30 days, the consumer may file a proposal for alternative dispute resolution.

The ADR body is the Slovak Trade Inspection (address above).

Alcoholic beverages may only be sold and delivered to persons over 18 years of age.

By placing an order the buyer declares they are over 18. The courier or our staff may request proof of age on delivery and on personal pickup. Goods will not be handed over to a person under 18.

The buyer places orders via the gerevino.sk website, by email or by phone. Every order must include the buyer's identification details, the type and quantity of goods, and the payment and delivery method.

The purchase contract arises upon delivery of a binding order confirmation by the seller. The seller reserves the right to refuse an order.

• Cash on delivery — payment to the courier when the goods are handed over.
• Bank transfer in advance — after your order we send a proforma invoice by email and payment is made against it. Goods are dispatched once payment is received.
• Cash on personal pickup.

Online card payment is not available. Transfer details are provided solely in the proforma invoice sent to you by email.

Goods are delivered by a contracted courier within the Slovak Republic. Standard lead time is 2–3 business days from order confirmation.

Shipping is charged according to the number of bottles ordered, per the price list shown in the cart before the order is completed. There is no free shipping — no order threshold makes delivery free of charge. Personal pickup is free and by phone arrangement only.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. Details and a model withdrawal form are in the Returns section.

Any defects must be reported without undue delay to info@gerevino.sk. The seller will handle complaints within 30 days.

Matters not regulated by these terms shall be governed by the Civil Code and other applicable laws of the Slovak Republic.
