Attila Gere began his winemaking journey in 1978 in a small cellar in the heart of Villány. Today his name is one of the most respected in Central Europe – his wines regularly appear on the world’s most prestigious lists.
The second label – Gere & Schubert – was born as a partnership with the German Schubert family. These wines bring Central European elegance and a modern style focused on fruit purity and drinkability.
A small cellar, a single hill
It began in 1978. A handful of barrels, a single family, a gaze fixed on one particular hill — Kopár. A decision not to make much, but to make it so that every bottle remembers.
